This module helps professional students to think positively, be principled, proactive and productive. It will help them discover themselves and understand that the main purpose in life is to grow as a human being; to discover what they're good at, what they love to do, and what they dislike. It will ultimately help them be happier and more passionate in life! It prepares them be more receptive to change and not get discouraged when a job does not pan out for them and instead, helps them think optimistically that it just might be the doors opening up to other opportunities. It also instills in them the need to develop good time management habits early on in their chosen careers.
The module also teaches our professionals of tomorrow to keep their own counsel instead of naively assuming that a co-worker won't repeat their criticisms of a colleague. It teaches them to be smartly open and vague with their answers, when appropriate as well as to treat everyone with respect and that treating people humanity and integrity is of the utmost importance. It teaches them to not hide from their mistakes but to be honest and have the guts to own up when they make one. It will also teach them to keep moving forward with confidence at all times, learning from their mistakes. It helps remind them that every moment is an opportunity to learn from everyone around them, regardless of their title.
